Its divine name has been a source for inspiration concerning the new restaurant of the Nice n Easy team at the Aghia Anna beach, in Kalafatis setting in the foreground the Greek island cuisine, in its most creative version. Based on the healthy-farm to table cuisine philosophy, Chef Christos Athanasiades is responsible for a menu-tribute to the fine first materials found in our islands. Savor artworks such as gilthead bream sashimi with ginger, cucumber, pickle and roe crumbs agioli or grains of beetroot, roots, raspberries, pickles, Mykonos xynotyri cheese and kale pesto and buffalo steak, directly from our private farm in Kerkini, are served at the simple space of Cycladic aesthetics, with the uninterrupted view to the sea.
