The open kitchen is cooking up dishes like Tom Yum Goong with shrimps, mushrooms, galangal, kaffir lime, chili peppers and coconut milk, Thai Green Curry Noodles with beef, eggplants, basil, green curry and coconut milk, Pad Thai, dumplings, fragrant fried rice and various other spicy Thai food selections, ideally paired with cocktails or premium wines.
