Some of the menu’s highlights are the amazing beef carpaccio with pecan nuts, pecorino cheese, echalotes and watercress, the delectable celeriac risotto with Aegina peanuts and green apple, the exquisite cacιo e pepe with fresh truffle and a tiramisu for perfect ending.
