Housed in a 30’s building in Gazi, full of second hand furniture and reusable objects, Lime Bistro found its spot on the vegetarian restaurant map of Athens. At the cozy hangout in Dekeleon street, respect to the environment, animals and human beings is reflected on a strictly vegetarian menu which includes quick, animal product, sugar and gluten free dishes of creative vegan cuisine proving in practice that healthy food can also be delicious! Several dishes such as potato gnocchi with Asian vegetables, coconut cream and beetroot germ, lotus burger as well as carrot soup with rocket pesto are wisely prepared at slow cookers and sous vide, with lots of care and imagination in order to impress all vegans. Next to the seasonal plates of the menu, you will also find raw-food selections, different kinds of fruit cheese, vegan desserts, cocktails based on wine, sugar-free cocktails while here you can buy high quality fair trade and biological coffee by Coffee Republic.
