In Italian, Cosca means “the heart of artichoke” as well as “small group of mafiosos”. In the Greek gastronomic dictionary, Cosca means genuine Sicilian recipes in the heart of Athens. The small cozy restaurant was born in December of 2007 in Koukaki, bringing pleasant fuss to the Athenian neighborhood. Sisi Feida was responsible for giving an industrial look to the space – and she did a great job – decorating Cosca with totally red sofas, grey walls, a black and white canvas and a huge blackboard where they are not written the death contracts by cosa nostra but Antoni Carlone’s inspired creations! The chef from Napoli, with the use of quality products, prepared exquisite dishes with fresh pasta, risottos, hot appetizers and fillets.
