In antiquity, the Muses, the nine beautiful daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne, were fortunate enough to be gifted with special graces each. They did not keep these graces for themselves, but generously shared them with the gods and humans in order to enrich their thoughts and emotions, to make their lives better. They gifted Music, the language of angels and Apollo; Poetry, the spoken painting; Dance, the harmony of movement; Theater, the joy of the soul and the mind; Astronomy, for the exploration of the universe, its satellites and galaxies, the stars of the dawn and dusk.
